OTTAWA, 1er décembre 2023 — CalianMD Group Ltd. (TSX : CGY), une société de produits et services divers qui fournit des solutions novatrices dans les domaines des soins de santé, des communications, de l’apprentissage et de la cybersécurité, a finalisé son acquisition de Decisive Group pour un montant maximal de 74,7 M$ CA.
L’acquisition de Decisive, une entreprise chef de file dans le domaine des services d’infrastructure informatique et de cybersécurité, vient compléter l’offre nord-américaine de Calian. De plus, cet ajout permet au portefeuille de TI et cybersolutions (TICS) de Calian de poursuivre son expansion sur les marchés mondiaux, au service d’un plus grand nombre de clients.

Calian avait initialement annoncé le contrat d’achat définitif le 9 novembre.

Calian confirme qu’elle déposera aujourd’hui ses états financiers vérifiés pour l’exercice 2023, sans changement par rapport aux résultats financiers précédemment publiés en début de semaine. L’entreprise publiera également son rapport annuel sur son site Web.
