OTTAWA, May 30, 2023 – Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY), a diverse solutions company, providing innovative healthcare, communications, learning and cybersecurity products and services, has been awarded a training contract for a major NATO exercise, Ex CITADEL BONUS.
Calian will support Ex CITADEL BONUS in December 2023 at the Joint Force Training Centre in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The exercise is held annually to train NATO’s Rapid Reaction Corps (RRC) headquarters staff for a high-intensity campaign. Ex CITADEL BONUS will include a land-focused component with conventional and non-conventional adversary forces, alongside a component based in the Baltics as part of a NATO collective defence scenario.

Calian will support development of scenarios for Ex CITADEL BONUS based on the RRC’s overall operational concept and mission requirements. Working directly with the RRC headquarters, Calian will develop the main events and incidents lists to drive exercise delivery. The exercise will also include joint and multi-national players to train supporting units.
